Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Banquet Set-up team member to prepare event spaces in a dynamic hospitality environment. This role involves ensuring the timely and efficient arrangement of banquet areas to meet the specifications of each event, contributing to an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent organizational skills, and a friendly demeanor to assist guests and team members alike. Duties Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and décor. Ensure all equipment and supplies are clean, organized, and ready for use prior to events. Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of banquet areas after events, returning spaces to their original condition. Coordinate with catering and event staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all banquet areas. Provide exceptional guest service by addressing any special requests or needs during setup. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely preparation for multiple events throughout the day. Requirements Previous experience in hotel, resort, or hospitality settings is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing guest interactions and team communication. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed based on event schedules. Prior experience in guest relations or front desk operations is advantageous but not required.
