Bar Lead Loyal Legion Beaverton Beaverton, OR Job Details Full-time 7 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Team leadership OLCC Service Permit Full Job Description With 70 beers, 250 whiskies, and a plethora of other things to eat and drink, the Loyal Legion family is looking for motivated and experienced bartenders to be a part of our team in Beaverton. We are looking for a strong candidates who is positive and professional, with excellent communication skills. Must have the ability to work nights/weekends and some holidays. This is a Lead Bartending position. You MUST have 3 solid years bartending experience and leadership experience to apply! We are a fast-paced, close knit team looking for one more individual to round out our roster. Current shifts available are Tuesday-Wednesday closing shifts with in-times that vary slightly (5-1am Weekdays and 7pm-3am Friday/Saturday) depending on business needs. Weekend closing rotates with other leads.

Hourly + tips Position Summary As a bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable dining experience for our guests. Your exceptional cocktail-making skills, knowledge of beverages, and ability to provide excellent customer service will contribute to the overall success of our establishment. Skills and Qualifications Previous experience as a Bartender in a bar/restaurant or similar setting. Previous experience in a leadership roll. In-depth knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, their ingredients, and proper preparation techniques, as well as knowledge of various beer styles and spirits. Proficient in creating classic and innovative cocktails, as well as the ability to adapt to customer preferences and special requests. Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and management. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and making change. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and experience handling transactions. Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Current Food Handler s permit Current OLCC permit Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
