Reconcile drawers, prepare deposits, lottery, gaming machines. Maintain inventory, liquor orders, schedule distributor delivery Coordinate with clients. Oversee event setup, execute contracts, while managing timelines to ensure seamless operations. Oversee other manager duties as deemed necessary by the Board of Trustees.
