Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bar Supervisor to lead our bar team with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this role, you will oversee daily bar operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain a vibrant atmosphere that encourages team collaboration. Your leadership will be essential in delivering outstanding beverage service while managing inventory, training staff, and upholding food safety standards. Duties Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts in a fast-paced environment Lead and motivate bartenders and bar staff to deliver excellent customer experiences with enthusiasm and professionalism Oversee food preparation and beverage presentation to meet quality standards and guest expectations Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Train new staff on food handling, customer service protocols, safety procedures, and restaurant policies Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the bar area Qualifications Proven supervising or management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant setting, preferably within the hospitality or food industry Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and beverage service including barista or coffee experience is a plus Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling and sales processing Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively through training & development initiatives and shift management Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions Background in hospitality management, kitchen management, or food service management preferred Familiarity with food safety standards, inventory control practices, and food handling procedures Join us as a Bar Supervisor where your leadership will energize our team and elevate our guests' experience!
