Barback and Bartender

In this vibrant role, you will support bartenders by ensuring the bar area is well-stocked, clean, and organized, while also engaging directly with patrons to deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Assist bartenders by restocking bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages efficiently throughout shifts Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glasses, counters, sinks, and equipment in accordance with health and safety standards Support food preparation tasks such as garnishing drinks and handling light food service or catering duties when needed Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing orders, payments, and cash handling accurately Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes from patrons to ensure a tidy environment Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience Assist with setup and breakdown for events like banquets or private parties in the nightclub or hotel setting Qualifications Previous experience in food industry roles such as restaurant service, catering, or barista work is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling skills are essential Experience working in nightclubs, banquet settings, or hotel environments is a plus Strong cleaning skills to maintain hygiene standards in bar and food prep areas Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations within the hospitality industry This role is perfect for energetic individuals eager to grow their hospitality expertise while contributing to a lively social atmosphere.
