As a Barback, you will support bartenders and staff by maintaining a clean, organized bar area, ensuring supplies are stocked, and delivering exceptional customer service. Duties Assist bartenders by restocking alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies efficiently throughout your shift Maintain cleanliness of the bar area by cleaning glasses, utensils, and surfaces regularly Support food preparation tasks such as light food service duties when needed Buss tables and clear empty glasses to ensure a tidy environment for guests Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred; but not required Strong communication skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced nightclub or hospitality setting Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods during shifts Experience with bussing tables and serving guests Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and teamwork mindset Join us to be part of an energetic team that thrives on delivering memorable experiences!
