JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist the bartenders and/or servers in the performance of their duties to ensure a positive experience for our guest Responsible for, but not limited to, the following: stock bar items, fill ice bins, replace bottles on Berg System, replenish juice used at bars Ability to authorize and issue complimentary services to patrons in accordance with the approved Complimentary Matrix which is part of internal control section 465a.7 Maintain all areas clean including bar mats and coolers, empty garbage, and mop floors Move bar supplies from storage areas to the appropriate bar locations Ensures the proper service of alcohol by following the current laws of the state and the policies of the company Any other assigned duties and responsibilities Employees in this position may be assigned to work in other Food & Beverage positions that require the same type of license

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EXPERIENCE OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Must be able to receive and maintain all required certifications. Must complete all necessary company training.
