Barback/Bartender

Responsibilities Assist bartenders by restocking bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages efficiently throughout shifts Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, including cleaning spills, washing glassware, and organizing supplies Prepare simple food items and garnishes as needed for drink presentation or event catering Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and handle cash or card payments Support food service operations during events like banquets or catering functions, ensuring smooth service flow Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes promptly to uphold a tidy environment Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction Skills Proven experience in food handling, restaurant service, or hospitality environments, especially in nightclubs or banquet settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Strong cleaning skills to maintain a hygienic bar and dining area Ability to assist with food preparation and basic kitchen tasks when needed Excellent communication skills to engage with guests and team members confidently Knowledge of food industry standards, including food safety regulations and proper handling procedures Previous experience working with catering events or hotel food service is a plus Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us in creating memorable experiences through exceptional service!
