This role is primarily focused on supporting the bartenders with stocking, cleaning, organization, and bar flow, while also assisting with guest-facing floor support when needed. We are looking for someone who works with urgency, stays productive without constant direction, and can handle a fast-paced environment professionally. Responsibilities Restock liquor, beer, wine, ice, glassware, garnishes, and bar supplies throughout service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, storage, and guest-facing areas Wash and polish glassware Assist bartenders during busy service periods Run food and drinks to guests when needed Buss and reset tables to maintain floor appearance and service flow Remove trash, cardboard, and empty bottles throughout shifts Assist with opening and closing duties Help support live entertainment nights and private events Communicate effectively with bartenders, servers, and management during service Skills Prior restaurant, barback, food runner, or serving experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment Strong sense of urgency and awareness Reliable attendance and punctuality Comfortable interacting with guests and supporting floor operations Ability to lift and move heavy items including kegs, ice, and cases Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to stay organized and composed during busy periods Evening and weekend availability required Must be 21 years of age or older

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
