Job Description

Cool Heads is a local upscale barbershop concept with amazing 15 locations. Barber/ hair stylist/ cosmetologist for an upscale barbershop in Las Colinas(North Irving), Flower mound, Frisco, Addison, McKinney, Highland village, Castle Hills(Lewisville/The Colony) , Colleyville, Allen , Plano , Fort worth, Dallas . Coming soon in Southlake. Why CoolHeads? Fair, transparent and non-hierarchical local barbershop organization native to DFW. Recognize, reward and retain is our talent mantra We follow a hybrid pay structure . Highest guaranteed minimum hourly wages in the Industry along with a variable pay(Commission pay) based on the service revenue. That will make the effective hourly rate go up to $29 (without tips) even on day one. Employee Revenue sharing. High commission on Product & membership sale Laid back culture , focus so much on the team work and environment. Now 15 operating locations to choose from and with a lot of loyal customers & walk-ins.

What we are looking for:

Great Personality. Punctual & Reliable. Valid Cosmetology/Barber License. Minimum of 2 years men's hair experience. Able to work a flexible full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends. Excellent client service and communication skills. Professional appearance and demeanor.
