• Full-time We are looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, managing staff, developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profits, and ensuring that customer service standards are met. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of the industry, and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of employees. Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives. Monitor and evaluate performance of staff. Manage budgets and financial operations. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders. Create policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
