The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality McCafé beverages while delivering fast, friendly service. This role ensures beverages meet McDonald's standards for quality, accuracy, and presentation while maintaining a clean and organized beverage station. Key Responsibilities Prepare McCafé beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, frappes, smoothies, and other specialty beverages, in accordance with McDonald's standards. Follow all recipes, build cards, and preparation procedures to ensure consistent product quality. Greet customers warmly and provide quick, accurate service. Maintain service speed while ensuring beverage quality and presentation. Keep the beverage station clean, stocked, and organized at all times. Monitor product levels and restock cups, syrups, milk, and other supplies as needed. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. Operate coffee and beverage equipment safely and correctly. Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Assist with other restaurant duties as needed to support the team. Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail to ensure beverage accuracy and quality. Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
