Summary:

Lone Man Coffee is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Baristas for our growing team. Our ideal cafe employees must possess a community-oriented and positive attitude, and hold relationships and connection to a high esteem. We're looking for someone with a passion for coffee with extreme attention to detail.

Looking for a team member with coffee experience and excellent hospitality. Flexibility in schedule, (weekdays and weekends) are required. Shift work is available but full day shifts are ideal (7-2:30). Base pay begins at $10/hr DOE + tips (avg. $7-9/hr). Compelling candidates will demonstrate the following qualities:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Adhere to all standards of operations, policies and procedures, manuals, training material, memos and verbal instructionSet up cafe in a clean and efficient matter and keep sight lines cleanMake quality coffee for guests to specification and in a timely mannerBatch and re-stock syrups, cold brew, paper goods and pastriesProvide "Unreasonable Hospitality" to customersEnsure that all equipment is maintained in good, safe working condition

Qualifications:

Cafe experience preferredFlexibility in schedule; ability to work early mornings, mid-day, and full day shifts as well as weekends and holidays are requiredExcellent communication & hospitality skillsUp to date Food Handlers required upon start date
