What You'll Do Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, matcha, teas, smoothies, and specialty beverages with consistency and care Provide warm, welcoming customer service and help create a memorable guest experience Operate our Square POS system for orders and transactions Assist guests with menu questions and recommendations Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment Support light food prep, pastry plating, and front counter service Restock ingredients, cups, pastries, and café supplies throughout shifts Work efficiently during busy brunch and coffee rushes while staying calm and positive Follow food safety and cleanliness standards at all times What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting Barista or café experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person Passion for coffee, hospitality, and creating experiences for guests Reliable transportation and weekend availability preferred Ability to stand for long periods and lift light café supplies when needed Why Work With Us Creative and unique café atmosphere Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow with a new and expanding business Flexible scheduling for part-time or full-time positions Employee discounts on food and drinks If you love coffee, people, and being part of something special, we'd love to meet you
