Bean & Biscuit Coffee Co. is looking for upbeat, friendly people who love making others smile and bringing positive vibes wherever they go. Barista Position Responsibilities:

Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, lemonades, and specialty beverages Interact with customers in a fun, welcoming way Help set up and break down events Keep the trailer clean and organized Create a great experience for every customer

Schedule:

Part-time Weekend-heavy A few hours per shift/event Flexible scheduling based on events and bookings

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys taking initiative, leading small event operations, and helping create smooth, positive experiences for both customers and team members.

Responsibilities:

Lead trailer operations during events Support and guide 0-2 team members during shifts Maintain strong customer service and team energy Prepare drinks and assist with event setup/breakdown Help keep operations running smoothly when the owner is not onsite

Pay:

$18.00 - $28.00 per hour
