Your role involves preparing standard espresso drinks and specialty coffee and tea, handling orders and cash transactions, maintaining cleanliness standards, and occasionally assisting with inventory management. Success in this role is measured by customer satisfaction, speed of service, order accuracy, and maintaining cleanliness. Responsibilities Provide friendly and efficient customer service Take customer orders accurately and process payments Prepare standard espresso drinks and specialty coffee and tea Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment Occasionally assist with inventory management Ensure speed and accuracy of service to meet performance standards Preferred Qualifications Entry-level experience in food service Proficiency in espresso machine operation Experience with cash register operation Strong customer communication skills Effective time management Attention to detail Ability to work well in a small team Awareness of food safety practices Flexible schedule
