Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair Engage with customers warmly, taking orders efficiently and providing friendly service to ensure satisfaction Operate Toast POS systems for order processing and payments Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas Handle food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, preparation, and sanitation practices Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in the food service industry with strong coffee knowledge Familiarity with POS systems for efficient sales processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively Strong time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly while maintaining quality standards Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Experience in serving food and beverages in a café or retail setting is preferred Embark on a lively career where your enthusiasm fuels great conversations and exceptional coffee moments.
