We strive to create a welcoming space where guests can enjoy handcrafted drinks and fresh baked goods made with care. We are looking for a friendly, dependable Barista / Café Counter Associate to join our team and help deliver excellent service to our customers. Responsibilities Prepare specialty espresso drinks, lattes, and iced coffees Greet customers and take orders at the front counter Assist customers in selecting bakery items Package baked goods and prepare customer orders Fulfill pickup and online orders accurately Restock and maintain bakery display cases Restock café supplies and ingredients as needed Maintain a clean and organized café environment Complete daily temperature logs and inventory checks Assist with light opening and closing duties Provide friendly, attentive customer service

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as a Barista or in the food service industry with strong coffee knowledge Familiarity with POS systems like Square POS and Clover POS for seamless transactions Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell beverages or food items naturally Exceptional customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and register balancing This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their expertise in the coffee and food industry while delivering outstanding service.
