Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing friendly service to enhance their experience Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transactions, cash handling, and sales processing Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling, preparation, and sanitation procedures Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality Assist in food preparation tasks including assembling snacks or light meals as needed Handle cash register operations accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for transactions Qualifications Previous barista experience or strong coffee knowledge is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays Join us as a Barista and be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee experiences.
