Barista Cashier

FULL-TIME YEAR ROUND POSITION

Thursday through

Sunday:

7am-3pm Looking for an experienced barista to join our team. Person must be able to work 7am-3pm Thursday-Sunday and available memorial day weekend, fourth of july, and labor day weekend as those are our busiest times. This role includes opening and closing, making drinks, developing new recipes if desired, maintaining coffee station cleanliness and organization, as well as helping customers and teammates.

this position's compensation includes salary and tips. Ultimately, you'll ensure an excellent experience for our guests. Responsibilities Open and Close (open hours 8am-2pm) Greet customers as they enter Take orders while paying attention to details Package baked goods and beverages Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards) Keep the bar area and retail bakery area clean Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs Comply with health and safety regulations Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items Skills Required barista experience Basic math skills Ability to gauge customers' preferences Excellent communication skills
