Barista / Customer Experience Team Member

Position Details Pay:

$9•11 per hour + tips (based on experience) Paid weekly Morning and weekend availability required MUST be available to work both

Saturdays and Sundays Hours of Operation Monday-Saturday:

6:15 AM•2:00

PM Sunday:

7:45 AM•2:00 PM Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other menu items Provide friendly, genuine customer service Create a positive and welcoming environment for guests Work efficiently during busy morning rushes Take customer orders and handle transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shop Stock items as needed Work independently while staying motivated and dependable Help create the kind of atmosphere that makes people want to come back every morning What We're Looking For High-energy, outgoing personality Reliable transportation Dependable and punctual Strong communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Someone who genuinely enjoys serving others Weekend availability is required Coffee shop or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Why Work With Us?
