Duties Supervise daily café operations during your shift, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service, fostering a welcoming atmosphere Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, food items, and snacks with precision and care Manage cash handling, POS transactions using systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, and ensure accurate cashiering procedures Oversee food safety practices, proper food handling, and cleanliness standards in accordance with health regulations Assist with training new staff on food preparation, serving techniques, POS systems, and customer service protocols Monitor inventory levels of coffee supplies, food items, and retail products; place orders as needed to maintain stock levels Experience Proven experience as a barista with strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and café operations Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in the food industry Join us to be part of a lively team where your leadership makes a difference!
