SHIFT LEAD At HEYTEA, execution is everything. We're looking for a Shift Lead who can run the floor, enforce standards, and build consistency —not just "help out." This role is for someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and cares about details.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Run the Shift Lead daily operations and keep service smooth during peak hours Maintain speed, accuracy, and customer experience Step in and support wherever needed Control Execution (Core of the Role) Conduct scheduled daily checks (cleanliness, SOP, product quality) Enforce expiration & labeling standards (no exceptions) Ensure all operations follow

HEYTEA SOP

consistently Sanitation & Store Standards Own store cleanliness: floors, equipment, under stations, fridges No "surface cleaning" — must meet deep clean standards Identify issues and fix them immediately Inventory & Readiness Monitor stock levels and flag shortages early Ensure next-day materials and packaging are fully prepared No unlabeled or disorganized inventory Accountability Complete required checks and submit photo proof daily Report issues clearly to management

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous experience in fast-paced F&B preferred Strong sense of responsibility and execution Detail-oriented — you notice what others miss Able to lead a team and enforce standards Comfortable working in a fast, high-pressure environment

COMPENSATION

$21.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 50.0 per week
