Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
• Take customer orders and process payments using the cash register or POS system
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
• Prepare and package food items such as pastries, sandwiches, and salads
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including cleaning tables, counters, and equipment
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food quality and sanitation standards are met
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and smooth workflow

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic math skills
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale software is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
