The Role As a Barista at Rise + Roam, you will craft high-quality beverages and serve carefully selected food products that adhere strictly to our recipe and presentation standards. You will also maintain rigorous health, safety, and sanitation guidelines while actively contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications Experience:

Proven barista experience with a strong background in craft coffee preparation and service.

Customer Service:

Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage, connect with, and delight customers.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with modern point-of-sale (POS) systems, strong time-management abilities, and basic math proficiency for accurate cash handling.

Industry Knowledge:

Solid understanding of food safety and handling practices within a café or food service environment.
