About us Nurture Bass Lake is a coffee shop in Bass Lake, CA located in the Pines Village. We are hiring for seasonal summer positions.

• Job Overview:

• The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and delivering exceptional customer service. As a team member, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, preparing food, handling transactions, and providing a welcoming atmosphere for customers. $17/hour plus generous tips

• Duties:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks according to company recipes
• Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner
• Upsell products and promote specials to increase sales
• Follow health and safety guidelines for food preparation and service
• Ability to work in the kitchen and prepare food menu itmes

• Requirements:

• Preferred:

  Experience in the food industry, as a Barista or in a similar role

• Preferred:

  Proficiency in using Clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems
• Strong math skills for cash handling and transactions
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic understanding of food preparation techniques
