Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and care. Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales efficiently and accurately. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and food handling responsibilities with integrity and attention to detail. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the café area, including food preparation and food handling protocols. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and smooth flow of operations. Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring the café environment remains inviting and organized. Requirements Previous barista experience or strong coffee knowledge is highly preferred. Proven customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and sales transactions. Knowledge of food safety standards, food preparation techniques, and proper food handling procedures.
