Eagleville, TN Triple Star Stables is a family owned Farm in Eagleville Tennessee that provides exceptional care to both Equine and Canine Animals. We provide stall boarding on turn out schedules for our equine borders. We also offer Dog boarding, Daycare, grooming, and training. We want our boarders to feel like they are at their second home while staying with us and strive to provide above and beyond care. As a growing business, we are searching for the perfect candidate to uphold our standard of care and bring positivity and experience to our standing team. We are looking for someone with experience handling both equines and canines. The ideal candidate is reliable, self motivated, and able to use sound judgement in day to day situations. They are comfortable working independently, taking initiative without needing constant direction, and consistently demonstrate a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility. Role:

This position involves hands-on work with horses and dogs, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and providing compassionate attention to each animal. Day to day responsibilities include feeding, cleaning, and managing groups of animals and the facility. You may work as a team or independently at times.

Availability:

Day time availability. Must be available weekdays and weekends .

Responsibilities:

Feed, water, and let out animals daily Occasionally administer medication to canine and equine boarders Clean stalls and living areas to ensure a sanitary environment Exercise, groom, and handle animals in a calm and professional manner Monitor animal health and behavior; promptly report any concerns to management Any other tasks deemed necessary by management Qualifications Prior experience working with horses required. Dog experience preferred. Comfortable handling animals of various temperaments and sizes Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must. Physical ability to lift up and carry up to 50lbs and perform manual labor in various weather conditions Additional preferred qualifications Dog bathing or grooming Canine/ Equine Medication administration Equine Blanketing experience Pasture maintenance Able to operate a tractor or mower
