Stock bar items daily. Fill ice bins as needed. Assume duties of bartender and cocktail waitress during breaks. Replace bottles on Easy System, replacing juices and beer kegs. Empty garbage and clean up spills. Ensure the safety and security of guests and team members Skills to

Great work ethic Helpful attitude Comfortable taking orders Ability to read, write, and understand basic instructions. Knowledge of All bar equipment, Easy Bar System, ABC laws and regulations, and gaming laws. Sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of alcohol. C02 gauges.

Qualifications Must-Haves:

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Minimum of six (6) months experience in the food and beverage field. Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.
