Bartender

A bartender is responsible for crafting high-quality cocktails, pouring beer and wine with consistency, and preparing all beverages with accuracy and efficiency while maintaining a polished, welcoming presence behind the bar. They engage guests with friendly, attentive service, offer recommendations based on guest preferences, and ensure responsible alcohol service at all times. Their duties include maintaining a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies, prepping garnishes, and keeping glassware, tools, and stations in top condition. Bartenders also manage tabs, process payments accurately, and communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff to support smooth service flow. Throughout each shift, they create an inviting atmosphere, handle guest concerns with professionalism, and uphold the elevated, community-centered standards that define the Char Stone House experience. 20-35 hrs. per week.
