Bartender - $15 per hour plus tips

BARTENDER

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes Follow standard recipes while maintaining speed and consistency Set up and break down the bar before and after service Interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner Take drink and food orders from guests at the bar, and from servers Maintain a clean and organized bar area Assist with outdoor event bars as needed Restock bar inventory and communicate needs to the manager Create a welcoming environment and recommend drinks based on guest preferences Assist in all bar cleaning duties Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Previous bartending experience required Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits Ability to multitask in a high volume setting Customer service and sales skills Knowledge of responsible alcohol service laws Basic math and cash handling skills Ability to lift heavy kegs, or cases of alcohol Flexible schedule for nights, weekends, and holidays
