Bartender

Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food and beverage service, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, engaging with customers, and ensuring a high level of food safety and service standards in a fast-paced environment such as fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. Prior experience with POS systems like Toast is preferred, along with strong time management and sales skills. The bartender will play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences while maintaining efficient operations. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, taking orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously during busy hours, demonstrating effective time management skills. Restock supplies as needed and ensure all bar equipment is functioning properly. Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours. Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, particularly in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Experience in brewing or beverage preparation is a plus. Ability to work night shifts, weekends, or special events as needed within the hospitality industry. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to enhance guest experiences.
