Available shifts- Tuesday and Sunday From 4pm-11PM Must have Craft Experience and able to close the bar. The ideal candidate will have experience in both nightclub and restaurant settings, showcasing a passion for mixology and customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests through expertly crafted beverages and exceptional service. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and stocked. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink offerings. Process orders efficiently using POS systems, ensuring accurate billing and payment handling. Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to support catering events as needed, ensuring seamless service during high-volume periods. Manage time effectively to handle multiple orders while maintaining high-quality service standards. Stay updated on industry trends, including brewing techniques and new cocktail recipes, to enhance the beverage menu. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a nightclub or restaurant environment is preferred. Knowledge of brewing processes and food safety practices is highly desirable. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell beverages effectively. Proficient math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Excellent time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by the business needs. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service are essential for success in this role.
