This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys creating memorable guest experiences, and takes pride in quality service and presentation. Our events range from weddings and private parties to corporate events and luxury celebrations across the island. Every event is different, so adaptability, professionalism, and a positive attitude are key. Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and consistently Maintain clean, organized, and professional bar setups throughout events Provide friendly, elevated guest service while engaging with clients and guests Assist with loading, unloading, setup, and breakdown of mobile bar equipment and supplies Follow recipes, portioning, and company service standards Monitor inventory and communicate low stock or event needs to leads/managers Handle high-volume service while maintaining attention to detail Follow all alcohol safety and sanitation guidelines Work as part of a team to ensure smooth event execution Requirements Bartending experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate Strong work ethic and dependable communication Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and assist with event setup/breakdown Reliable transportation required Comfortable working nights, weekends, and long event days (typically 6-10 hours) Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team-oriented mindset Must be 21+ years old What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus tips Opportunity to work unique and upscale events Fun, fast-paced team environment Opportunities for growth within the company Hands-on experience with craft cocktails, event service, and hospitality This is a contracted position with flexible scheduling based on event bookings.
