Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Create unique and innovative cocktails based on customer preferences Maintain a clean and organized bar area ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately Ensure customer satisfaction by providing attentive and friendly service Collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure smooth operation and excellent customer experiences Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role In-depth knowledge of mixology and cocktail recipes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional customer service abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
