Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register while adhering to cash handling procedures. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and other supplies; assist in ordering stock as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to provide informed recommendations to guests. Skills Proficient in bartending techniques with a strong understanding of mixology. Excellent math skills for managing cash register transactions and retail math calculations. Strong time management abilities to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Experience in food handling and food service within a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred. Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly while providing exceptional customer service. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
