Position:

Bartender Overview:

The Bartender must provide outstanding customer service in a full-service restaurant environment.

Essential Functions:

Adherence to

Regulations:

Follow company policy and State and Federal regulations regarding the service of alcohol.

Customer Service:

Deliver outstanding service to all guests.

Bar Knowledge:

Demonstrate current and working knowledge of the restaurant and bar environment.

Food Safety:

Follow Food Safety standards and maintain the work area and equipment in accordance with Health Department standards.

Service Standards:

Adhere to area-specific steps of service, use table and position numbers, and deliver beverage orders to customers in a timely manner.

Customer Education:

Educate, and serve customers beverage products.

Multitasking:

Effectively manage multiple customers and communicate customer requests or concerns and service flow issues with servers and the manager on duty.

Station Responsibilities:

Follow station-specific duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Previous experience working in a fine dining restaurant as a Bartender.

Customer Interaction:

Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers; demonstrate an energetic and positive attitude.

Fast-Paced Environment:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and learn new procedures.

Team Player:

Possess the ability to work in a learning environment and be a team player.

Communication Skills:
