Bartender

Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, taking orders and offering recommendations to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all tools and glassware are properly sanitized and stocked. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible drinking and adhere to food safety regulations. Assist in setting up and breaking down bar areas for events like banquets or catering functions. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy hours in nightclubs or restaurant settings. Experience Previous bartending experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process sales efficiently. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Experience with beverage preparation techniques, including brewing or mixing cocktails. Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple orders while maintaining quality service. Background in retail math or basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales calculations. Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced settings like food industry venues or hospitality events.
