Bartender at Brookfield Country Club Brookfield Country Club is seeking a friendly, professional, and dedicated Bartender to join our team! As a Bartender at Brookfield Country Club, you will be an essential part of our hospitality team, delivering top-notch service to our valued members and guests in a dynamic and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Bartending:

Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, all in accordance with club standards.

Restocking and Maintenance:

Maintain par levels, stock the bar, and ensure supplies are fully stocked for smooth operations. Open side work, including cutting fruit, setting up bar stations, and closing work such as taking out garbage, cleaning, and restocking as needed.

Member Services:

Provide attentive and personalized service to our members, assisting with food orders and ensuring a delightful and seamless dining experience.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

Previous bartending experience preferred; country club or similar experience a plus. Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to ensuring high standards of service. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
