In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service, expertly crafted drinks, and a lively atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure guests feel welcomed and valued, whether they're enjoying a casual evening or celebrating a special occasion. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, take drink orders accurately, and serve beverages promptly while maintaining a lively and engaging presence. Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following established recipes and presentation standards. Manage POS systems such as Square to process orders efficiently, handle cash transactions, and ensure accurate billing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and address any issues proactively. Keep track of inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with ordering to prevent shortages. Use effective time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours while maintaining high-quality service. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing recommendations on drinks or menu items to enhance their experience. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods effectively. RAMP certification preferred to start- willing to pay for the right candidate to receive
