This is not a standard bar job. We are looking for someone who understands atmosphere, pacing, hospitality psychology, and how to curate a room. About the Concept Our members club blends: Premium smoking lounge environment Vinyl DJ sets and music-forward programming High-touch hospitality A sophisticated but relaxed social atmosphere We are looking for someone who can help drive the experience — not just work a shift. Key Responsibilities Maintain and elevate the overall guest experience from arrival to departure Set the tone of the room: energy, pacing, and hospitality standards Oversee floor flow and member engagement Support DJ nights and music programming with proper crowd management Anticipate member needs before they are expressed Uphold private club discretion and exclusivity standards Ensure service team alignment with club expectations Assist in maintaining premium ambiance and vibe consistency Qualifications 2+ years experience in upscale lounge, private club, nightlife, or hospitality environment Strong understanding of guest engagement and atmosphere control Confident personality with natural leadership presence Ability to read a room and adjust energy accordingly Professional appearance and polished communication skills Experience working in music-driven venues preferred Reliable transportation and strong punctuality Ideal Candidate Hospitality-minded but socially sharp Understands members club etiquette Passionate about music culture (vinyl knowledge a plus) Thrives in late-night environments Knows how to create memorable moments Compensation Competitive pay based on experience + performance-based incentives.
