Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a welcoming environment Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and billing accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages as needed to keep the bar fully equipped Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service Uphold all food handling regulations and safety procedures in accordance with industry standards Use excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transactions Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math, and bill splitting Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with legal requirements Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods Knowledge of food industry standards including catering, brewing, food service, and retail math Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us in creating memorable experiences through exceptional service!
