Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a welcoming atmosphere and enhance their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders efficiently, handle cash transactions, and ensure accurate billing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Monitor guest behavior for safety purposes, especially in nightclub or banquet settings, and address any issues promptly. Restock bar supplies, ingredients, glassware, and utensils as needed to keep service seamless during busy hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators for catering or banquet service to deliver exceptional hospitality. Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, particularly in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks effectively. Effective time management skills to prioritize duties during high-volume periods without compromising quality. Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling practices, and proper alcohol serving protocols. Basic math skills including retail math for cash handling, billing accuracy, and sales tracking. Experience with beverage preparation techniques such as brewing or mixing cocktails to meet diverse guest preferences.
