Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and manage tabs efficiently. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction from order to departure. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering strictly to able laws and bar standards. Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and placing orders as needed to ensure seamless service. Handle cashing out customers accurately using retail math skills while maintaining accountability for cash handling procedures Qualifications Must have valid liquor license Proven experience as a bartender in restaurant, nightclub, or fine dining environments; banquet or catering experience is a plus. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; strong basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders efficiently. Knowledge of alcohol serving regulations. Ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with brewing or beverage crafting techniques is desirable but not required.
