Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent service to guests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring all sales are recorded properly. Assist in managing inventory by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as necessary. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods or special events such as banquets. Skills Proven experience in bartending or food service within the restaurant industry is preferred. Familiarity with Clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong sales skills to promote menu items and enhance customer experience. A team player who can help create a positive work environment while assisting colleagues as needed.
