Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, billing, and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change or totals Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering, banquet events, or food service operations to meet guest expectations Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring adherence to alcohol service laws and safety protocols Demonstrate strong time management skills to balance multiple orders during busy hours Uphold food handling standards when preparing garnishes or assisting with light food service tasks in a hospitality setting Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced environments Experience serving in food industry roles involving food safety, food handling, or catering is advantageous Knowledge of retail math for cash handling and sales transactions is essential Strong understanding of beverage preparation techniques including brewing or mixing cocktails Prior experience working in hospitality environments that require excellent time management and multitasking skills Join us and bring your passion for hospitality to life!
