The ideal candidate will provide exceptional beverage service, maintain high hospitality standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for hotel guests and restaurant visitors. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and service standards. Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner while delivering excellent customer service. Take beverage orders accurately and process payments using the POS system. Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, storage spaces, and service stations. Prepare garnishes, mixers, syrups, and bar ingredients before and during service. Restock liquor, wine, beer, glassware, and supplies throughout shifts. Recommend cocktails, wines, and beverage pairings to enhance the guest experience. Monitor guest satisfaction and professionally resolve concerns or special requests. Collaborate with restaurant and hotel staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards. Assist with inventory management and report shortages when necessary. Support banquet events, private functions, and special hotel events as needed. Qualifications & Requirements Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, hotel, lounge, or hospitality setting preferred. Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine service, spirits, beer, and beverage presentation. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with POS systems and handling cash/card transactions. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol. Alcohol service certification and/or Food Handler certification preferred. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/restock bar supplies when needed.
