GENERAL PUPOSE OF THIS POSITION

SCOPE OF THIS POSITION

The Alcester Clubhouse Grille is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable 21 and over Part-Time Bartender to join our team The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating a welcoming environment for our guests, mixing drinks to perfection, and providing top-notch customer service. Reports directly to Clubhouse General Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following established recipes and guidelines Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Assist managers with the monitoring and manage inventory, ensuring that the bar is well-stocked at all times Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service laws and regulations

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND PERSONAL ABILITIES

KNOWLEDGE:

Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory

SKILLS:

Work collaboratively with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth customer experience Strong customer service and communication skills

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

Personnel are asked to be a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused team member Must be at least 21 years of age

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Flexible scheduling

MENTAL DEMANDS

Ability to multi-task well

SPECIAL CERTIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS

Previous bartending experience preferred but not required

Availability/Benefits:

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Competitive hourly wage, plus tips
