Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and encourage repeat visits. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and supplies. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety for all patrons. Manage cash register operations accurately, handle payments efficiently, and issue receipts as needed. Restock bar inventory regularly to ensure all ingredients and supplies are available for service. Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere that aligns with the venue's brand and vibe. Requirements Previous bartending experience or relevant training in mixology. Knowledge of drink recipes, alcohol safety regulations, and responsible serving practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests confidently. Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders efficiently during busy hours. Certification in responsible alcohol service (OLCC Serving Permit) & (Oregon Food Handlers Permit) A positive attitude, energetic approach, and passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
