Bartender

Job Overview Ruby 360 Lodge is seeking an experienced bartender to join our team in a beautiful mountain lodge setting. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that each guest has an enjoyable experience. You will be responsible for not only crafting beverages but also providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Accurately keep bar tabs. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol and bar supplies and report to Lodge Manager Assist in the clean-up of the dining room and end-of-night silverware/ bar glassware. Stock bar each night before departure. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure compliance with health standards. Responsible for all bar products, including garnishes and mixers. Work with Head Chef on Sysco orders for bar needs. Responsible for updating menu and verifying / updating menu costs and prices. Transport all alcohol deliveries from delivery point in Lamoille to Ruby 360 Lodge. Skills Proven experience in bartending or related roles within the hospitality or restaurant industry. Management experience with skills in staff training, conflict resolution, and adherence to employer rules and local alcohol laws. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively while maintaining quality service. We are looking for a dependable bartender to join our team for the 2026 Ruby Summer Season beginning now through the first weekend of November. We then have a holiday season for the month of December through January 2nd, and there is potential to stay on for our heli-ski season beginning mid-January. This position would bartend from 3PM to close (usually 9:30-10PM) Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday Nights. Pay is $19-$21/hr + pooled gratuity
